I never has any problems with there sales or OEM ordered parts.
They called me when the parts came in and and everything ordered was right on.
I always check the price of there parts against ordering on line (USA) and they aways gave me a discount that makes it worth while buying from them.

"I called a while ago to order a new tank for my son's 2008 GSX 650 F. After speaking with James he took my info to get me a price before ordering the tank. I waited just over a week before calling back to find out there was a vin # mix up. (could have ben my accent or his hearing but who cares) He should have called me before letting it go that long but no big deal. After he sent in the right info (vin #) he called me to let me know the price and delivery dates. The tank came in right on the time he said it would. I went over to pick it up and he gave me a very good discount on the price. I honestly never thought I would have gotten a discount of that nature. i will go back there first for parts. Some times its not worth going to the USA, ordering from web sites, paying duty and shipping costs. check your local dealers first.

"Chris in sales was very helpful and professional in assisting me with all the riding gear: Helmet, jacket, pants, boots and gloves needed for my future Humber motorcycle riding course.
My only suggestion is that the store place a larger, more visible sign, outside of the store so that it is more eye catching for people driving by. The present banner is way too small. A well designed sign so at night or during the day it's easy to spot.

"I would just like to comment about my experience with Envy Rides on July 1, 2009. I went in to get my GSXR lowered with a kit I ordered online. Having no experience in lowering a bike, I had no clue that some of the hardware that came in the kit was pretty much crap. However, Moro (sp?) and Jeff from service and parts were AMAZING and basically fabricated new hardware and found the nuts and bolts to make the kit work with my bike. I was extremely impressed and relieved that I didn't have to buy a different kit and leave disappointed. Thank you to all the guys in the parts and service department, they were awesome and accommodating and provided for great entertainment while I waited for my ride. Envy Rides definitely has professional and experienced employees. Thank you!!"

"EnvyRides is a youthful, friendly, and energetic company with some growing pains. In my experience they are very helpful, however, sometimes execution was a misfire. Not always, but sometimes I needed to follow-up rather than EnvyRides correcting expectations. What is more important though is they are sincere and they corrected my issues. Recently I have detected that their responses are more proactive - this is very good. As long as something is learned from the mistakes or misunderstandings, I see no reason why EnvyRides cannot be a (or "the") rider's hub in the GTA. I am a customer. I give them the benefit of the doubt and they are showing improvement. With anybody, that is enough reason to believe."

"2009 Dorsoduro = 6star, Super easy to ride bike that makes me smile every time i mount up. I don't think i'll ever get bored of this one.
As for envyrides.ca , I can't say enough about this dealership. Everyone was helpful, from the sales department, through the financial department, right up to my visit to the service department for the first service on my new bike.

"I bought my 2009 C50 from Brampton Suzuki but when I was approaching the 1,000km which is time for first service, I was going to have to wait 3 weeks!!! Well it took 2 week to reach 1,000...I'd be over 2,000 by then which is not good for my new bike. A friend recommended Envy and I got in right away and was only without my bike for 24 hours, not to mention Envy is just 10 minutes from my house.
I met Ron and James in service and was treated with courtesy and respect. Things were explained to me and my bike was ready on time as promised. The nice key chain and license plate holder were added bonuses I did not realize til I got it home.

"Once again you guys superseded my expectations of service, professionalism and kindness. My husband Craig and I were out on an enjoyable ride on Saturday with a few friends and in Kitchener Craig’s bike broke down. I luckily caught Danny as he was leaving the store after hours; but he took the time to listen to my dilemma. Although we did not expect this, he offered to come in after hours and push the bike in the shop in order that we would only have to pay for one tow trip. While we were dropping the bike off Sergio coincidently was in the area and opened the door for us early. What can I say but that is super service; you guys are the best !!!!!
As well, I thought that I had made a comment on the testimonial page before, but could not see my blurp; so here it is again; a shorter version.
With over ten years of riding and some 90,000 kilometers under my belt my first new bike; the 1900 Yamaha Raider that was sitting in the show room for the winter.
From the start dealing with Danny in sales, Vanessa in finance, Sergio Jessica in parts, Ron, James and Jeff in service; you all helped make my experience of purchasing my first brand new bike a pleasure. I know that I visited you on a weekly basis and probably drove some or all of you crazy; but it was worth it. I love my bike and I love you guys! I would and do highly recommend you every chance I get and share my wonderful experience.
At the same time my husband picked up a private sale for a used 2007 M109 Suzuki. Even though the purchase was not from your company; you still give him the same great service that you give me. (As noted by the above comment).
Heads up; you won’t be seeing us too much now; we love to ride; but we will pop in on occasion with coffee and donuts; how does everyone take their coffee?

"I have a 2001 kawasaki Concours that I rode to California and back. I took it into TMS for service when I returned to Ontario and they screwed it up royally; couldn't climb the hill to Campbellville anymore. I couldn't afford a new bike so I put it in storage at Envy in winter 08/09 to get another year out of it and you guys did a great job of making it run like a motorcycle again. We had some problems arranging the storage and you didn't do a very good job of cleaning the dust off it (missed a lot of corners) but the bike is running great. Thanks."

"Went in to get a spring general check on my bike and needed to have my throttle adjusted, the throttle wasn't properly adjusted the first time when i picked it up, but Envy was accomodating to have me come back in to have it readjusted at no extra charge. Mauro helped solve the issue on the spot and had my throttle back to normal in a matter of minutes. He was also really helpful in explaining where i had gone wrong (having attempted to adjust myself after installing after market parts). Overall a good experience - if you need a knowledgeable mechanic to help explain custom work, i would recommend Mauro. Great work.

"I went to one of the promo's awhile back with my son and wife. While my son was looking for a helmet and tank bag I spoke to a parts rep (sorry dont know his name). He took me round to the parts area even though the store was very busy (Sunday), sourced the items I was looking for and put it on order. It came in right when he said it would and they called my cell as prommised for pick up. Thats the kind of service customrs expect, and that what I got.

"This was my first street bike purchase. I picked up a 2002 ZX6R on sale back in October and financed over the winter. I stored it over the winter there which was very convenient and just got the bike delievered to my place on Friday. "I tried to buy a new '07 R1 from you but we couldn't come to a mutual agreement on the price and I did buy one somewhere else.
Having said that I still had a good experience dealing with your staff at the time. I found them to be friendly and professional. I left with no hard feelings. You can't meet everyone’s price and I understand that.
I returned to your shop a couple of weeks later to purchase a helmet from you and was met with the same friendly professional service.

"My son bought a new 2008 Suzuki GSX 650 F (black) at envy rides. He was working so I picked up the delivery for him tonight.(what a shame)
I dealt with Danny and Ron while purchasing the bike. No hassle or pressure.
They beat Suzuki of Brampton's sales price by quite a lot and when I dealt with them they were so much more professional than Suzuki of Brampton.
When Ron did the delivery inspection he wanted to make sure he explained everything in detail even though he knew I already had experience riding newer Suzuki products. He could have blown over everything but he didn't and still took his time going over the whole bike.
Would I buy from them again?
Yes of course.
Would I recomend them to others?
Yes of course.
I took the bike for a spin to make sure it ran as expected and I was very surprised that it handled , ran, performed and excelled in all areas. This is a great bike for someone to move up to from a smaller bike, without moving up to soon to a full on sport bike.

"I would like to start in saying thank you to Morgan, I just got my M2 and was looking for a 650 CC for he told me that the 800 CC was a better bike for the money. So I went and bought this bike and he was right the 650 would have not had enough power and would have gotten bored of it..
Now for parts......everyone that help me in parts....I want to thank you my bike sounds better than I thought it would and the rest of the stuff I bought.
Now I just had my first service done and wow, my bike came back running better then when I first pick it up new but like I said this is my first bike and was not expecting the bill that I got but I'm not complaining just stating maybe you would like to give us a heads up on the cost..... thats all.

"I came into Envy Rides originally as support for two friends of mine who were purchasing new - I was looking to purchase a used bike privately. After speaking with Ron in sales I toyed with the idea of purchasing new. Ron spent a great deal of time with myself AND my two friends, answering every question we had and many we never thought of. We never at any time felt pressured or harassed. Because of Ron's service, knowledge and great attitude (not to mention AMAZING price) ALL THREE of us purchased bikes from Ron!
